Ask the support chat, and get a real person whenever you want one.
Click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any BayRobin page. When you're signed in, we already know who you are and which shop you're writing about, so you can just ask.
- How-to questions get an answer straight away, from these help articles.
- Want a person? Tap Talk to a person at the top of the chat, or just say so. The assistant stops answering and a member of the BayRobin team replies in the same chat.
- Billing, your account or something not working always goes to a person, as does anything the assistant isn't sure about.
A person's reply shows in the chat. If you've closed it, open the bubble again to see it.
