Is there a Tekmetric or Shopmonkey importer?
Not a named one. The import reads any CSV or Excel export and matches common column headings; you check and fix the matches before importing.
Does it stay in sync with my shop software?
No. It's a one-time import from an export file, not a live connection. To keep using your current software, forward the calls you can't answer to the receptionist instead.
Do vehicles come over?
Not yet. Customers, jobs and invoices come over; vehicles are added from a job's details, and matched on later visits by VIN, plate or year, make and model.
Is there a setup or switching fee?
No. The import is free, there's no setup fee, and plans are month to month with no contract.
Will my imported jobs count toward the free launch offer?
No. Only jobs booked by the receptionist or your online booking page count.
How big a file can I import?
Up to 10,000 rows and 15 MB per file, as CSV or XLSX.
What does undo remove?
The jobs, invoices and customers that import added, except customers who have since picked up other jobs or invoices.
