Every bay, on one board.
Appointments the receptionist books land on the board with the technician who got the slot. Drag a job to someone else or another time, and text the customer the new time with one click.
The schedule lives on a whiteboard.
Two big jobs land on the same tech.
The board refuses a double booking unless you mean it.
Moving an appointment means a phone call.
Drag it, then text the customer the new time in one click.
Techs walk to the counter to ask what's next.
My day shows their jobs on their phone.
Day and week, one row per technician
The day view runs from 6am to 9pm; the week view shows who's full and who has room. Unscheduled jobs wait at the side until you drag them onto someone's day.
- Drag to reassign or reschedule, snapped to half hours; the booking moves with it.
- Clash check before a job lands on top of another.
- One click texts the customer the new time.
Each technician's jobs, on their phone
A phone-friendly web page, no app to install: today's jobs in order, with the job type, the customer and what's wrong.
- Start and Complete, so the counter sees where every job stands.
- Photos and notes from the bay, kept on the job.
- A Call button for each customer.

Frequently asked
Which plan has the dispatch board?
Every plan, along with My day for technicians.
Is there an app to install?
No. My day is a web page built for phones, so technicians open it in their phone's browser and sign in.
Does it track bays or tech efficiency?
Not bays. The board has one row per technician. Reports show jobs finished and billed per technician.
Can I move a job without texting the customer?
Yes. Texting the new time is a separate click after the move.
