Estimates that get approved, invoices that get paid.
Your technician inspects the car on their phone and adds photos. The customer gets one link with what you found and the estimate, and approves the work they want. Approved work becomes the invoice.
The approval call is where the day goes.
I leave three voicemails to get an approval.
The inspection and estimate go by text; they approve each service with a tap and their name.
They don't believe the brakes are that bad.
Send the photo with the finding, marked red, yellow or green.
I send an estimate and hear nothing.
Automatic reminders on day 2, 5 and 10, stopping when they reply or answer.

Frequently asked
How do customers pay?
By card from the invoice link, through Stripe on your own connected account, or PayPal. Connect one under Payment settings.
Can I edit the invoice?
Yes. Change the lines, add parts and labor, then send it.
Does it pull labor times or parts prices from a catalog?
No. There's no labor guide, repair data or parts ordering. Prices come from your own canned jobs and price book.
Can I attach inspection photos?
Yes. Each inspection item takes photos from the tech's phone, and the customer sees them next to the finding.
Do you follow up on declined work?
Yes. Work they decline gets a text 14 and 90 days later until it's done, and it's offered again on the vehicle's next repair order.
Can it remind customers when an oil change is due?
Yes, by miles or months since it was last done at your shop, with your booking link.
What if the customer says yes on the phone?
Mark the service approved on the repair order. It's recorded with your name and the time, next to the answers customers give online.
Does it sync with QuickBooks?
Not for BayRobin yet.
Do you offer customer financing?
No.
Which plan has estimates and invoices?
Every plan, from Starter up.
