Your customers' own page: visits, estimates and invoices
Send a customer one private link where they see their visits and vehicles, approve estimates, pay invoices and book again.
Every customer has a private page with everything they have with you. Open the customer from a job (their name) and find Their page at the top.
- Text it to them sends the link by text. Copy puts it on your clipboard to paste in an email.
- Open shows you the page exactly as they see it.
What your customer sees
- Upcoming visits, with the time, the vehicle and the technician. Appointments booked by the receptionist or online can be rescheduled or cancelled from there, and the job follows.
- Quotes (your estimates): open ones with Review and approve, and the ones they've answered.
- Invoices: unpaid ones with a Pay button, paid ones with a receipt, and the total due at the top.
- Maintenance plans and when the next visit is due, past visits with the vehicle and its mileage, and a Book a visit button for your booking page.
Drafts, void invoices and cancelled jobs aren't shown. Your phone number on the page is your BayRobin number, never your cell.
Keeping it private
There's no password: anyone with the link can open the page, and search engines are told not to list it. If a link reaches the wrong person, click New link. The old link stops working straight away.
