Missed-call text-back
Callers nobody talked to get a text within a minute. Replies land in your Inbox.
If a caller hangs up before anyone talks to them, BayRobin waits 30 seconds and texts them: “Sorry we missed you. This is your shop. Reply here or book at your booking link. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Their reply shows in Inbox, where you can text back. The AI doesn't answer texts: a person on your team does. A caller who replies STOP gets no more texts.
Turn it on or off
In Jobs › Settings, under Missed-call text-back, click Turn off or Turn on.
